What does an artist need?

what does an artist need ? 

To be an artist you don't just need paint brushes, pencils, a pallete, a piece of paper ect. 

You need to have a good imagination!

If you were an artist with no imagination, you would never think of what to paint without looking at somebody elses painting! 

With an imagination you would be able to think of anything to paint!
